Description: Spiralled Wrack,
Fucus spiralis, is the uppermost species of
Fucus that occurs on the shore. The frond lacks bladders (
Fucus vesiculosus) and does not have a serrated edge (
Fucus serratus); it is sometimes spiralled. This species has recently had another, common species segregated from it,
